The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Partnership NHS Trust is the NHS organisation responsible for providing community health care and adult social care services in Staffordshire and community health services in Stoke-on-Trent.
Our services include:

From April 1st 2012, the Partnership Trust now also provides adult social care services for people in Staffordshire, (outside of Stoke-on-Trent) giving people access to a one-stop service for all their health and care needs.
The Partnership Trust is one of the largest community providers in England and serves a population of 1.1 million people and employs in the region of 6,000 staff. It is located within the geographical boundaries of Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council and contains a number of urban centres including Stoke-on-Trent, Leek, Burton-upon-Trent, Cannock, Lichfield, Stafford, Tamworth and Wombourne, although the geographic area is largely rural.
