Home First Support Worker Vacancies 

Location: Staffordshire-wide      Permanent – Part Time

£9.10 - £10.46 per hour

  • Pay enhancements for Bank Holidays, weekends and late shifts
  • Full training provided

We are currently recruiting caring people who are passionate about providing personal and enabling care to our service users to help them remain safe and well in their own home.

As a Home First Support Worker your role will include enabling/supporting our service users to regain and maintain their independence to manage their personal care such as washing and dressing, to prepare meals and to manage their medication safely.

You will also be required to provide support for the service user to complete therapeutic goals as set by the therapy team, in accordance with their plan of care, complete health records accurately and be confident in assessing any changes in service user conditions and feeding this information back to other professionals involved in the care programme.

Ideally you will have some previous experience within a similar role, although your passion for caring and supporting vulnerable people is more important.

If you do not already hold a qualification in Health and Social Care, we will support your training to achieve a QCF Level 3

As this is a community-based post it is essential that you are able to travel to various locations within a designated geographical area.
