Podiatry Patient Engagement Event - 15 June Fenton Health Centre
05 June 2017

Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust is hosting an event for patients who receive podiatry treatment in North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The patient engagement event, held on Thursday 15 June from 2pm-3pm at Fenton Health Centre (ST4 3AQ), is an opportunity for patients who attend clinics that are moving to new bases, to ask podiatrists and team leaders any questions.

Why are podiatry clinics changing?

Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust has secured a new three year podiatry contract across North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. This contract is awarded by North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).

The contract value has reduced from previous years and to make sure the podiatry service can continue to provide high quality care within funds provided some changes will be made to where podiatry clinics are delivered.

Fifteen podiatry clinics across North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent will close over three phases. Phases one will begin in July 2017 and six podiatry clinics will close.
