B-clear is our chlamydia testing service for young people. If you're aged 15-24 you can get tested at any of our CASH clinics, and if you're aged 16-24, you can order a free at-home test (postal kit).

What is chlamydia?

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection that rarely has symptoms and is spread through unprotected sex or sexual contact.

1 in 14 young people have the infection and are not aware of it. If left untreated it can cause problems with fertility for both men and women.

Postal kit testing

If you're aged 16-24 and live in Stoke-on-Trent, you can order a 'postal kit', which is a chlamydia test which you can take at home.

It's discreetly packaged and very easy to do. All that you have to do is complete your sample (urine sample or vaginal swab) and post this back to us with your form in the box provided.
