Additional service information

  • The cytology walk-in (smear testing) at our Cobridge clinic which previously ran on Monday mornings is no longer available. If you need a routine cervical screen (smear test) please visit your GP.

  • We cannot promise to see all patients in our queue and wait clinics as sometimes demand exceeds capacity. It is advisable to attend at the start of the clinic as they can become full very quickly.

  • All services except CASH and GUM are operational between the hours 9.00pm – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The CASH opening times vary dependent on venue and hours of service.

  • New patients must arrive at least 30 minutes before the end of a clinic to allow time for registration. At registration some basic information about you will be requested including your postcode. No identifiable information is used by the clinic without permission. You may be asked for a urine sample so please do not urinate for an hour before attending.
